At present, the company is involved in building Affordable Housing Societies for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of the society on the government land situated in Punjab. Under the project, Navrattan Infra will be building roads along with the residential societies covering all the basic amenities and infrastructure and that too on the affordable price range. The building materials used are Eco-friendly and are much stronger and durable than the Portland cement. The project includes building over 50,000 homes in 2 years and once completed the project aims to give shelter to around 1,50,000 people.
With an in-house team of highly trained professionals, inclusive but not limited Architects, Interior Decorators, Structural Engineers and Technical Staff, we can execute a project which is harmonious and sustainable with the environment. The engineers involved have prepared a perfect sketch covering all the basic and Eco-friendly needs which are balanced with the sustainable development. The overwhelming support from the Punjab Government is leaving no stone unturned to make this project a success. The NGO’s have been advised by the government to take the initiative to make the people aware of the complete housing plan and to help them obtain and fill the application form.
